Best AEO agencies in Dubai in 2026: what the AI engines actually say, tested

Why this list exists

Every "best AEO agencies in Dubai" page we could find in October 2026 was one of two things: an agency's own blog, with the agency first, or a paid article on a news-styled site. The AI engines cite them anyway, because they are what ranks for the phrase. We wanted a list a sceptical buyer could use, so we built one the only way that seemed fair: by asking the engines and writing down what they said.

A declaration up front. Samura Consulting Group is an AEO agency in Dubai. We are on this list, scored by the same method as everyone else, with October recorded as our baseline. Our row will update with the data, not with our preference.

Method

1. Five prompts a buyer would type: "best AEO agency in Dubai"; "which agency can get my business recommended by ChatGPT in the UAE"; "answer engine optimization agency Dubai pricing"; "top AI search optimization agencies in Dubai 2026"; and our own company name as a control.
2. Run in ChatGPT (with search) and Claude, logged out, on 21 and 24 October 2026. Gemini and Perplexity will be added from the November run.
3. For each answer, every agency named and every source cited was recorded.
4. Agencies are ranked by the number of runs in which they were named. Ties are listed alphabetically.
5. Names the engines produced that we could not find a website, office or directory listing for were excluded. There were three in ChatGPT's answers, plus one cited source. We are not naming them, because the more likely explanation is an engine error than a real business.

October 2026 results

Four runs (two engines, two dates). Mentions out of four.

The agencies, in order

One paragraph each, facts we could verify on the agency's own site or a directory profile. No adjectives.

SEO Sherpa. Dubai, founded 2012, managing director James Reynolds, around fifty staff across Dubai, Riyadh, London, Singapore and Miami. Sells generative engine optimization as an extension of SEO, with a dedicated GEO service page and an in-house tracking tool. Clients named on the site include HSBC and Nissan. No public pricing. Named in every run; the engines treat it as the established option.

Digital Gravity. Dubai web design and digital agency with a GEO service and its own "top AEO agencies in Dubai" article, in which it places itself first. No public pricing. Claude flags the self-ranking when it cites it.

Digital Nexa. Dubai, founded 2005, full-service inbound and digital agency with AEO offered inside a broader growth program. Appears on most third-party lists. No public pricing.

NorthQuery. A founder-led AEO consultancy. The founder holds a master's in natural language processing and has published research; the site shows citation counts per client. Reaches the engines mainly through a placed article on a technology news site. No public pricing.

Prism Digital. Dubai performance marketing agency that has added generative optimization to a paid-media-led offer. No public pricing.

SEO Tech Experts. Dubai, Business Bay, established 2009, directors Sachin and Shilpi Gupta, around forty-five SEO staff. Dedicated GEO page covering English and Arabic, the largest review footprint of any agency here, and starting prices quoted by third parties at AED 2,999 a month. Blog content is broad rather than AEO-specific.

Vista by Lara. Founded 2024, a small team positioned as AEO-native for e-commerce and Shopify, English and Arabic. Reaches the engines through its DesignRush and GoodFirms profiles. Hourly rates listed on directories, no packages.

WAIM. Dubai and Belgrade, founder-led, with the largest AEO-specific article library in the city, over a hundred posts since March 2026, and its own "honest guide" to Dubai agencies in which it is listed first. States on its own site that it has no client case study to show yet. No public pricing.

Samura Consulting Group. Dubai, Business Bay; the UAE agency of a software company founded in 2018; founder-led by IIT and IIM alumni. Pricing published in full from AED 2,999 a month, a published client case study with numbers, sixteen AEO articles with named authors. October 2026 is recorded as the baseline, six days after the site relaunched on 18 October; the first appearances we expect are in November, and they will be published here with the date.

What the sources tell you

Across the runs, the engines cited: agencies' own lists (Digital Gravity, WAIM, SemNexus, House of Growth), a Web Tonic roundup, a Julian Goldie roundup, TechBullion, DesignRush profiles, and for the pricing prompt a set of global pricing guides with no Dubai data at all. Not one cited source tests anything. If you are choosing an agency, that means the lists are a starting point for names, not evidence. Ask each agency for dated screenshots of a client's before and after, and run the prompts yourself.
