Who we are
Samura Consulting Group ("Samura", "we") is a UAE-licensed company registered at RAKEZ Business Zone, Ras Al Khaimah, with an office in Business Bay, Dubai. This policy explains what we collect on samuraconsulting.com and how we use it. Questions go to mail@samuraconsulting.com.
What we collect
Contact form. Name, company, phone or WhatsApp number, email, website, the package you are interested in and your message. We use it to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work.
Newsletter sign-up. Your email address, used to send occasional insights and offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Booking. Calls booked through Calendly are handled under Calendly's own privacy policy.
Website usage. Standard server logs and privacy-respecting analytics (page views, approximate location, device type). We do not sell this data and do not use it to build advertising profiles.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, to deliver services you have asked for, to send the insights you signed up for, and to keep the website working. We do not share your details with third parties except the service providers we use to run email, bookings and hosting, each bound by their own data protection terms.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop sending you email. Write to mail@samuraconsulting.com and we will act within 14 days.
Retention and security
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and for up to three years afterwards for business records, then deleted. Data is stored with reputable providers that use encryption in transit and at rest.
